November Update!

Dear Backers! 

It is November and we are proceeding with fulfilling our Kickstarter obligations. We are a couple of weeks behind schedule so you can expect to receive your bars, books, t-shirts, bags etc in the mail mid December. (All prize levels that include interactive elements have already been contacted separately).

We have been working extremely hard dealing with all the opportunities which have been presenting themselves to us, firming up our business plan and laying the foundations of a successful company. 

Other developments:

• We've made the final of the UT Food Lab innovation prize in the Inputs & Production category. This is huge for us as it gives us access to industry mentors and the UT Food Lab resources. We're up against 20 other innovative food startups from across the US. You can find out a little more about the other finalists here. 
• The Austin Cricket Farm is operational. Soon all Hopper products will be made with locally sourced Austin crickets!

Ladies & Gents,

84% of you have filled in your surveys which we have sent out to you in the past month. These surveys let us know things like do you want an S t-shirt or an XXL and where we should mail your stuff! 

If you have not either filled in your survey, or spoken to one of us, then please can I urge you to check your inbox (and your spam) and follow the instructions. The email should be from [email protected]. I will resend it now so it is easy to locate. 

Please message us here if you have any problems. We are working on getting the rewards sent out early November.
